1. About Bacbaas

Bacbaas is a Bangladesh-based bag brand offering a range of bags through our online store.

Our product range includes backpacks, travel bags, crossbody bags, school bags, gym bags, duffle bags, and other lifestyle and functional bags.

2. Website Use

By using our website, you agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

You must not use our website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the website.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, features, images, prices, and availability.

However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed on a screen and the actual product due to lighting, photography, display settings, manufacturing variations, or other reasonable factors.

We aim to correct any material errors in product information as soon as they are identified.

4. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

A product appearing on our website does not guarantee that it will remain in stock until an order is processed.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, our team may contact the customer to discuss available options.

We will not intentionally substitute a different product without informing the customer.

5. Pricing

Product prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on our website are accurate.

Applicable delivery charges, discounts, promotional offers, or other charges will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process where relevant.

If a genuine pricing or technical error occurs, Bacbaas may contact the customer before processing the affected order.

6. Placing an Order

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including:

• Active phone number
• Complete delivery address
• Area and district
• Any other information required to complete delivery

After an order is placed, Bacbaas may contact the customer for verification or confirmation when necessary.

Submitting an order through the website does not override product availability, payment verification, fraud-prevention checks, or other reasonable order-processing requirements.

7. Order Confirmation

An order may go through verification and processing before dispatch.

Bacbaas reserves the right to contact customers regarding order information when clarification or verification is required.

If we cannot verify important order information or contact the customer when necessary, processing or delivery may be delayed.

8. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout or communicated during the ordering process.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for paying the final order amount, including any applicable delivery charge, as shown or communicated during the ordering process.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Bacbaas provides home delivery across Bangladesh.

Our standard delivery charges are:

Inside Dhaka — ৳70
Outside Dhaka — ৳130

Estimated standard delivery time:

Inside Dhaka — 1–2 days
Outside Dhaka — 2–4 days

Same-day delivery may be available within Dhaka depending on location, order time, product availability, and delivery partner availability. Additional charges may apply.

10. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, courier delays, high order volume, remote locations, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Bacbaas will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when a significant delivery issue occurs.

11. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Cancellation may be possible before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has entered the delivery process, cancellation options may be limited and additional delivery-related conditions may apply.

12. Returns & Replacements

Eligible products may qualify for return or replacement according to the applicable Bacbaas policy.

Customers should report product-related issues within the applicable timeframe and provide the required order information, photos, videos, or other evidence where necessary.

Eligibility depends on the product condition, reason for the request, and applicable policy terms.

13. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee

Eligible Bacbaas products are covered by our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee, subject to the conditions stated in our Guarantee & Warranty Policy.

A request submitted within 30 days does not automatically qualify for replacement. The reported issue may need to be verified by our team.

14. 1-Year Warranty

Eligible Bacbaas products may include a 1-Year Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and product-specific conditions.

Warranty coverage generally applies to qualifying manufacturing or workmanship-related issues and does not automatically cover accidental damage, misuse, overloading, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

15. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

From time to time, Bacbaas may offer promotional prices, discount codes, coupons, bundles, gifts, or other special offers.

Such promotions may:

• Be available for a limited period
• Be limited to selected products
• Have minimum order requirements
• Have specific eligibility conditions
• Be subject to stock availability

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot necessarily be combined with other offers.

Any important conditions applicable to a promotion should be reviewed before placing an order.

16. Product Reviews & Customer Content

Customers may be able to submit reviews, feedback, photos, or other content regarding Bacbaas products or services.

Submitted content must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate material.

Bacbaas may moderate content where reasonably necessary for website operation and integrity.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Bacbaas branding, logos, website design elements, original product photography, graphics, written content, and other original materials are owned by or used with authorization by Bacbaas.

Unauthorized reproduction, commercial use, distribution, or misuse of such materials is prohibited where protected by applicable law.

18. Fraudulent Orders & Misuse

Bacbaas reserves the right to review, hold, or cancel orders where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, intentionally false information, abuse of promotional offers, repeated misuse of Cash on Delivery, or other unlawful activity.

Such decisions will be based on available order and transaction information.

19. Limitation of Responsibility

Bacbaas aims to provide accurate information and reliable service.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as third-party service disruptions, courier interruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that customers are entitled to under applicable Bangladesh law.

20. Privacy

Personal information provided through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Customer information may be used where reasonably necessary for order processing, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, and other purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

Bacbaas may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in our services, policies, business operations, or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Changes will apply prospectively as appropriate and will not be used to unfairly remove rights already applicable to completed transactions.
