Every Bacbaas bag comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If your bag has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost after inspection and verification.
1-Year Warranty
All Bacbaas bags include a 1-year warranty covering:
- Stitching
- Zippers
If either of these components fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product as appropriate.
Return & Replacement Conditions
- Any issue must be reported within the applicable replacement or warranty period.
- Replacement or warranty service is provided only after the product has been inspected and the defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, overloading, water, fire, chemicals, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered product defects.
- Proof of purchase may be required to claim replacement or warranty service.
